Get to know and visit your Downtown Canton local businesses with is years Chocolate Walk. Tickets are available for $20 ahead of time and feature most of the Downtown Businesses. Check in will be at the Canton Theater from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Don’t miss the sweetest event of the year.
Galentine’s Day at Avalon

A shopping day geared towards the ladies. So grab a group and get ready for fun. First ladies to visit the Concierges will receive complimentary wine and a sweet treat. There will be a special permanent jewelry pop up shop ‘The Gilted Thread’ (located next to the concierges). Many of the shops are offering discounts through your shopping adventure. The Cape Restaurant and Beach Bar will be offering mini frozés (frozen rosé).

Wear your jazziest outfit, and bring your beads and mask! Celebrate Mardi Gras as you stroll through the museum galleries while enjoying cocktails, Cajun hors d’oeuvres, New Orleans live jazz music and a special museum exhibit. Tickets to be purchased ahead of time and must be 21 to attend.
Woodstock Arts Film Festival – Sign up

This is the second annual Woodstock Arts Film Festival. This is the set up phase for the festival to come later. Teams will need to register, and an email will be sent out at noon on February 10th detailing instructions. Teams has 48 hours to write, film, and edit a short film! The actual showcase festival will take place March 24th.
Mardi Gras at Avalon

Polar Plunge – Acworth

The Georgia Special Olympics is hosting their largest fundraising event of the year, The Polar Plunge. This year hosted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run For Georgia. The event will take place at Acworth Beach at Cauble Park. The purpose behind this plunge is to spread awareness to the 27,115 Special Olympics Georgia athletes.
